Electoral fraud: hidden vote in envelope

Representatives, inspectors, table chiefs, etc., must be very alert to this scam.

It involves placing votes from other parties inside empty envelopes, especially inside the booths, so that if you don't notice and deposit your vote inside these envelopes, your vote WILL BE INVALID, UNLESS YOU VOTE FOR THE SAME PARTY THAT IS INSIDE THE ENVELOPE, IN WHICH CASE TWO BALLOTS FROM THE SAME PARTY INSIDE ONE ENVELOPE ARE VALID.

2011-05-24 The mystery of the envelopes with two ballots

This issue is important and I will explain it: if an envelope contains two ballots from the same candidacy, the vote is valid, as it is interpreted that the voter's intention is very clear. But if the envelope has two ballots from different parties, that vote is considered invalid and does not count for anyone.
