Electoral fraud: giving votes to another party
The scam of assigning votes to another party. ELECTORAL SCAM 10.2
What if, instead of counting the votes for Podemos, they are assigned to the PCPE in a town when filling out the papers or counting them at the central computer?

2016-07-01 Podemos is conducting the general recount of the records - LORCA
There are some municipalities in the Murcia region (the stronghold and bastion of the most hardline right-wing, where PP and C’s dominate) that, on their own initiative, provide data by polling station just hours after the count ends (and if they can do it, it’s clear that it’s not so difficult or laborious). One of these cases is Lorca.
The really curious thing is that, in one of the few data sets comparable with those from the Ministry of the Interior and Indra, the figures do not match.
All data match except two. Can you guess who was disadvantaged? Exactly: Unidos Podemos.
